â–¸ Please, allow 3-10 days for processing your order and 5-10 business days for the delivery.
Shipping via DHL Express on all orders.
â–¸Shipping costs are calculated on the the approx. weight of the item starting from 0.5 kgs and upwards set by , pertaining to the weight of the item, and charges set by the Courier Partner (DHL).
â–¸ Customs duties and extra taxes, if any, may be applied to your orders. We are not responsible for your country customs rules. If there are any special requirements about papers to attach to your order - please let get in touch with me.

â–¸Once your order has been processed and a shipment is booked a tracking number will be updated on your order and a mail confirmation of the same will be sent to the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.

â–¸Extra Charges will apply for a change of address once a parcel has been sent out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Returns and Exchanges
â–¸I do not accept returns, only Exchanges
â–¸We accept Exchanges (different size or colours)on all clothing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item.
â–¸ In a case of returning an item we will refund your money back without the initial shipping costs, once the item is received, unused.
â–¸If you return an item, you should pay shipping and ship only to an address provided to you in your country.
â–¸Exchanges for a different item is acceptable if the item is unused. Difference between the 2 items will have to be paid. Return shipping will have to be paid by the customer.
â–¸ In case of exchange the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs occurred.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to an address provided to you

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 2 days of purchase without giving any reason for doing so.
HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, THE PAYPAL COMMISSION FEES AND TAX WILL BE DEDUCTED AND THEN REFUNDED.
PAYMENTS MADE BY RAZORPAY WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

•The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
•The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

•The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
•The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
•The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
•The supply of Goods purchased and have been worn.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.
